  Jimmy Sharman Troupe. Col Daley from Cherbourg vs Tony Assan, "pearl diver" from Thursday Island. Daley is not named , but it is clear from context that he is the boxer referred to as "one lad who shone like a full moon was Archie Bradley's Cherbourg mission fighter".
